> HOTELkonzept is a boutique hotel consultancy based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, founded by Helmut Clemens. We specialize in concept development, operational efficiency, revenue management, storytelling, and guest experience design for independent 4- and 5-star hotels with 15 to 100 rooms. Our core philosophy: hotels should act as catalysts of their natural environment and cultural heritage, involving and reviving local artisans and craftsmanship, making locals proud of their heritage.
