Helmut Clemens, founder of HOTELkonzept and boutique hotel specialist with over 30 years of global experience in managing and conceiving luxury boutique hotels, has been invited to speak at the Top Hotel Conference at the J.W. Marriott Bucharest. As part of the expert panel “How Can Hotels Maximise Their Profitability in Today’s World of Standardisation?”, Helmut shared insights on aligning strategy with market realities while preserving the individuality that defines boutique hospitality.
