Based out of Palma de Mallorca, Helmut is a passionate hotelier who has led some of the best boutique hotels in the Mediterranean and Latin America prior to starting his boutique hotel consulting business in 2004. He is devoted to great food and superb hostmanship, the art of making people feel welcome.
Equipped with an unmatched wealth of hospitality knowledge from around the globe he specialises in creating and implementing successful boutique hotel concepts that exude localness through every pore.
Furthermore, Helmut is enthusiastic about alpinism, skiing, literature, jazz and classical music.

Biel Barrera

Revenue Management Specialist

Professional in sales, revenue and marketing of tourism, Biel has worked for and collaborated with different top-level hotels to enhance their sales and image, as well as to create new products through the observation and analysis of data. He has experience in vacation hotels and luxury boutique hotels with brands such as LHW. Agile, restless and with constant search for improvements both at a human and technological level that allow to increase the revenue of the hotel establishment.

Biel is a born “learner”, he likes to learn and undertake constantly and that has made him get experience in different fields.

Passionate about windsurfing and mountain biking, he also enjoys touring places with his camera in hand.

Gory Martinez

F&B Specialist

Gory, based out of Palma de Mallorca, is passionate about luxury hospitality with the firm objective of exceeding customer expectations through excellence while focusing on the profitability of the business and the team’s motivation. The success of his work consists in surrounding himself with the best and letting them do after having applied his three fundamentals: training, training and training. Daniel Isern

Architect

Daniel studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow). He obtained his postgraduate degree in rehabilitation at the UPC. 

Since 1999 he has worked as an architect in large architectural firms as project manager. In 2011 he created Isern Associats, his own architecture office. Since 2015, he is director of the postgraduate course in hotel planning at the College of Architects of Catalonia. He has given numerous lectures on lighting design, architecture, and hotel planning in different academic contexts. Since 2020 he is director of the Hotel Health Project, Mechanization of hotels at Escola Sert-Hospital Clínic.

Daniel has won several awards such as the Wan Award 2017 and the Catalunya Construction Award 2018 with the project of Hotel Ohla, Barcelona or the Wan Award 2015 with a single-family house in Sant Pol de Mar. Daniel is passionate about rowing and regularly participates in national and international championships. He is also a lover of hiking and art at large.
